Terms & Conditions – Winlaw Referral Reward

1. Eligibility:
   This referral program is open to all existing Legal Interact clients and users of Winlaw products.
2. Referral Reward Criteria:
   • The referral reward of R1500 will be issued only after:
     • The referred client signs a 12-month contract for any Legal Interact product, and
     • The referred client has successfully paid their first month’s license fee.
3. Referral Submission:
   • All referrals must be submitted via the official referral form.
   • Incomplete forms or missing details may result in disqualification from the program.
4. Limitations:
   • The referral reward is limited to one payout per referred business or practice.
   • Self-referrals or internal practice referrals are not eligible.
   • Referred contacts must not already be in Legal Interact’s sales pipeline.
5. Reward Payment:
   • Once the referral criteria are verified and confirmed, the R1500 reward will be paid within 30 days.
   • Payment will be made via EFT to the referring party.
6. Program Validity:
   • Legal Interact reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. Disputes:
   • In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or payment, Legal Interact’s decision shall be final.
